Shipping

All 2 x 4 games are shipped through FedEx in a cardboard box. All larger games are shipped through FedEx in a non-reusable plywood box. Reusable shipping crates are available upon request. Extra charges will apply.

Returns

All Plinko games are custom made and are not returnable. Please inspect your game when it arrives. Any damage that may have occurred in shipping must be reported within 24 hours.
